THHinc staff have designed projects for clients across the country. We serve as design consultants for architects, contractors, developers, and directly for owners. In addition to the design of new construction, our designers are well qualified to assist in renovation of existing structures – historic and contemporary. Projects we have completed range from pole-barn agricultural buildings and residential, up to multi-story steel and concrete structures.

THHinc provides specific design services to the construction industry in shop drawing development for structural steel, light gage metal, and precast concrete. This specialization in shop drawing preparation brings us closer to the actual construction. As a result of this hands-on experience our building designs have more efficient use of materials, and details that are more constructible. THHinc designs have higher quality and lower construction costs.

THHinc designs are sensitive to the built environment. Where practical, we stress the use of recycled content in structural building materials. We have a LEED^TM accredited design professional on the structural team and support the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) “Green Building” rating system.
